Our ice cream freezing machine with external cold source is equipped with simple-to-operate bulking control system and efficient and durable self-cleaning slurry transfer pump. The stable and reliable refrigeration system is also available, and all the control valves of this refrigeration system adopt internationally famous brands. In addition, the gear pump and other related parts of the ice cream freezing machine are also made of high quality materials. As the compressed air is sent into the freezing drum by supplying forced air, the appropriate expansion rate can be acquired by just adjusting the quantity of air supply. This enables our freezing machine to produce high quality ice creams in an efficient and reliable way.

When the ice cream material enters the freezing drum through the gear pump together with a proper amount of air, the refrigeration compressor using R717 as the refrigerant will start cooling the mixed materials. This refrigerating treatment results in lowered temperature and increased viscosity of ice cream material, then the material gradually becomes thicker and comes in the semisolid or frozen state. The scraper inside the freezing drum will mix the material and air, and the stainless steel blade will scrape the frozen ice cream on the internal wall. This helps to prevent the mixture from accumulating inside the freezing drum and ensures that the ice cream will be sent out smoothly through the discharge pump.
